We review every application carefully before offering a consultation, so we only book appointments for people who appear likely to be suitable for treatment.
The consultation is a crucial part of the assessment, and being invited does not mean a prescription is guaranteed. It allows a specialist to understand you and your condition in more detail and determine whether treatment is appropriate.
If it is decided that the treatment is not appropriate for you, we will refund your initial consultation fee regardless of your payment plan. This is provided accurate information and all required medical records are available to the doctor at your first appointment.
