Curaleaf access scheme
Patients that choose to pay per appointment can join the Curaleaf Access Scheme and contribute to the UK Medical Cannabis Registry to receive their first follow-up appointment for free*.
By completing regular questionnaires for the Registry, you will help to grow real world evidence on medical cannabis and you can monitor how your health and symptoms change over time.
All patients on the subscription model will contribute to the UK Medical Cannabis Registry.
Appointment Timeline
In year one, a patient will typically have four to five appointments.
In year two and beyond, some patients may only need two routine appointments per year.
Clinic Transfer
Patients transferring from another clinic can get their first two appointments free, when they join the Curaleaf Access Scheme and provide a copy of their discharge letter.
UK Veteran Prices
UK military veterans receive four free appointments per year with proof of service such as Veteran ID card or a discharge letter.
