Alongside his work for Sapphire Medical and Holland & Barrett, Simon is a medical doctor who graduated from Imperial College in 2018 and is completing an intercalated BSc in Surgery and Anaesthesia. He holds an honorary Clinical Research Fellowship with the Department of Surgery and Cancer at Imperial College within the Medical Cannabis Research Group. His research focuses on the cannabis plant and its potential therapeutic roles, with a focus on pain, inflammation, and cancer.
