Dr Wendy Holden
Dr Holden is a Consultant Rheumatologist with additional training in pain management. She specialises in helping patients manage chronic conditions, such as arthritis, fibromyalgia, and Ehlers-Danlos syndrome. Dr Holden also acts as a Medical Adviser to Arthritis Action, focusing on improving the lives of people with painful conditions through education and self-management strategies.
Dr James Rucker
Dr Rucker is an honorary consultant psychiatrist at the Maudsley Hospital, focusing on mood disorders, anxiety, PTSD, and ADHD.
