Zero Tolerance Policy on Abusive Behaviour
At Curaleaf Clinic, we are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and professional environment for both our patients and staff. We have a Zero Tolerance Policy regarding abusive behaviour.
Prohibited Behaviours
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Inappropriate or threatening language
- Shouting or raised voices in an aggressive manner
- Racial abuse
- Unreasonable, persistent and disruptive contact
- Offensive gestures
- Harassment or intimidation of any kind
- Explicit photographs/videos
- Inappropriate dress/nudity whilst attending appointments
Such behaviour is unacceptable and will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
Any patient exhibiting abusive behaviour will be issued a formal warning. Further instances of abusive behaviour may result in discharge from Curaleaf Clinic.
We expect all individuals to treat our staff and fellow patients with courtesy and respect. Maintaining a safe and respectful environment is essential to delivering high-quality care to everyone.
Curaleaf Clinic has a duty of care to escalate any safety concerns posed to patients, staff or members of the public to the police. Threats to cause harm will be treated extremely seriously, and they will not be tolerated in any capacity.
