No. Although we may share the information from the registry with academic, healthcare, or third-party institutions, all information will undergo pseudonymisation before it is shared to ensure you cannot be identified.

If you have completed all currently available questionnaires, you should not receive any reminders to complete more until a set time based on the current stage of your treatment.

It is possible that you may be asked to answer more questionnaires shortly after completing a previous set. This may be due to having completed the questionnaires later than they should have been. If this is the case, we will specifically ask you to complete questionnaires based on the relevant time period (e.g., answer how you felt after taking medication for 4 weeks).

You may also be asked for specific feedback regarding your experience with a certain product outside of the usual questionnaire schedule. This can be helpful in providing feedback to our clinical team about which products individuals find helpful for certain conditions.

The Curaleaf Access Scheme collects real-world evidence of the efficacy and safety of medical cannabis. By completing regular questionnaires, patients help grow the evidence base for medical cannabis and get to monitor their health over time.

If you join on the Pay-Per-Appointment plan, your first follow-up appointment is free as part of the Access Scheme.

If you’re on the Annual or Monthly subscription plans, you are automatically enrolled in the Access Scheme.
